Our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.

We can offer you a refund on unused products and/or exchange/replacement on used for 6 month from your purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We will not with-hold any refund or replacement unreasonably.

To complete your return, we require a KILTRONX acceptable receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer with out prior written approval.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.


If you have not received a refund yet, then check with your credit card company or bank if you used a different method of payment. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If your credit card company or bank shows no record of your refund, then please contact us at or 1-877-5VAMPIRE (877-582-6747).

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, then you will receive a unique discount code for the value of your return. Once we receive the original item, then we will provide you with a unique discount code to order a free replacement item with the same value as the original.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, then we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, then the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
