Due to HEALTH RISKS No returns will be accepted or authorized on products containing dead bedbugs. Please send securely packaged and mail any item you would like replaced or refunded. 

Sadly Once a return has been completed no further use of KILTRONX 24/7 Concierge Service and privilege's will be available. If your problem is the bugs are eating you up, consider allowing us to help you through these difficult times as your choices are limited. you can return our product should we be able to not clear up your bed bug problem. but give KiltronX Products and expert and frightening times, GIVE HELP a chance before making a possibly wrong decision that will certainly cost you more!
