Customer may request replacement of one of the following products only: topper sheet; wrap; and/or mattress cover.

Blockhouse Barrier Systems will provide customer with a unique discount code to order a free replacement product the same as listed on the original order/proof of purchase.

Prior to receiving a unique discount code, customer will provide Blockhouse Barrier Systems with proof of purchase and may be required to ship the used product to:

Customer agrees to pay for shipping costs to return the used product and for processing and shipping of the replacement product.

Two (2) product replacements may be requested per customer within one (1) year of original purchase date.
